First, make sure every field is properly filled out. There are a few common field errors that may be preventing you from moving forward.

First, make sure every field is properly filled out. Some common field errors include:

  1. Listing $0.00 as your income. If your income is $0.00, please enter $1.00 in the income field.

  2. Entering dates with one digit for the month and one digit for the day. Please enter all dates as ##/##/####.
