You are not guaranteed to receive prequalified rates.

Each of our lending partners uses its own set of criteria to determine whether you are eligible for a prequalified rate. Whether you meet the lenders’ criteria is based on the information you provide. If you meet the lender’s criteria, you will receive prequalified rates from them.

We also have some partner lenders who do not provide prequalified rates on our platform. You will see a link for these other partner lenders on your Sparrow Dashboard or on the Student Loans and Student Loan Refinance pages of our website. You can submit a request for a loan product with them directly by clicking on the link on your Dashboard.

And remember, the likelihood of receiving rates, or better rates, usually increases if you add a creditworthy cosigner.
